“What’s good about Blue?”

With the third Monday in January known by some as the ‘saddest day of the year’, we delivered a Multicultural Inclusion Network (MIN) session for you to reframe what is means to be ‘blue’.

Providing a safe space opportunity for a conversation about mental health. The session featured:

  1. Insights on the wellbeing challenges faced by various multicultural communities.

  2. How blue prescribing and other social prescribing avenues can best support the specific needs of the MIN community.

  3. An open discussion to help co-create actionable items that the community can take away to best support themselves and each other.

  • "This is the first time we've opened up the network to discuss how nature can help our wellbeing, it was the start of an exciting conversation for everyone in our community."
